The Commonwealth Challenge

 

 

 

The Challenge: To visit all 72 commonwealth nations that are competing at the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth games by a physically challenging method of transport.

To obtain the goal of visiting all of the nations participating with the Glasgow Commonwealth 2014 games the Challenge has been split into four distinctive expeditions. The four expeditions will take on a route that visits commonwealth nations by a physically challenging method of transport until all of the 72 nations have been visited.

 

Challenge 1: Expedition World Cycle

Distance: 20,000 miles

Duration: 10 months

Start Date: 23rd July 2010

End Date: 29th May 2011

Start/Finish Location: Glasgow George Square
